Basically, the contract between Yemni English club and the instructor is very simple and states that when we find a student who matches your schedule and other requirements, we will introduce that student to you. However, it is not a contract guaranteeing introduction or payment. If we are unable to find a student who meets your requirements, please understand that it may take some time before we can find such a student or we may we not be able to find such a student at all. It doesnftmatter if you are presently employed by another company; however, you are required to state so when signing the contract. We do not take responsibility for any disputes with your present employer arising from registering with us.
