Students level check

Please check your student’s level once every 3 months. Update the check sheet and create a new curriculum based on student’s request and goals. Use the radar chart, on which the student’s strong and weak points are recorded, and aim for improvement through well-balanced lessons. Focusing on all areas / needs to create speedy improvement.

Report to Club
On the 10th of each month, please send a report containing the name(s)’ of the student(s) you taught the previous month, lesson progress and content, and any requests from the student(s). The report form can be found on the instructor’s application page.

This form is essential.

We do not require instructor’-s to use specific textbooks but we do have a list of recommended textbooks (please refer here). These textbooks can be purchased at most major bookstores or internet stores. If you do recommend a textbook, we ask that you recommend one from our list appropriate to the student’s level. Of course, some students may choose not to use a textbook.
